Double-sunk Montgomery dial, showing some hairlines and 2 small chips one above the 10 marker and one above the 5 marker. The case does show your normal pocket light scratches and some pinhead dings around the edge of the back cover. This pocket watch Grade is 992 with 21 jewels of lever set movement, it has with red ruby & white sapphire jewels. This watch is a Double Roller with gold screw-set jewel settings, a 3/4 plate open face movement with nickel finish and 2nd Pattern (bar). The watch has a Breguet hairspring, a Reed regulator and adjusts to temperature and five positions. This watch has a double-sunk Montgomery dial, showing some hairlines and 2 small chips one above the 10 marker and one above the 5 marker. The Hands: The second hand register and fancy Arabic numerals and is marked “Hamilton”. Spade and Whip hour and minute Hands have a bold blue-black finish. The movement: Hamilton 992 Adj. 5 positions is immaculate and watch keeps great time. The watch was manufactured circa 1928 with movement Serial Number: 2517934. Vintage Hamilton 910, Nice WGF Case. This Hamilton pocket watch is 12 size (case diamter 46 mm). The case is white gold filled with Art Deco style presentation engraving on the dust cover, plus owner’s initials on the back. No brass and only light wear. The Art Deco dial has some discoloration, mostly near the top, but still looks nice and has cool design work in the middle. The movement is a Grade 910 with 17 jewels and is adjusted. Movement condition is sparkling. Nice honest watch from about 1923. This watch runs and keeps reasonable time: within 5 minutes or LESS per day. For sale is an antique lever set railroad 14K gold pocket watch. I recently took this to a professional watch repair shop, and it has been serviced. The pocket watch is a double hunter type. The case is engraved front, side, and back and monogrammed. It looks like the monogram is BK in English script, but I’m not sure – see photos. On the inside of the front cap it has 7142862; on the face it has C? E Snyder, Pittsburgh, PA. There are no scratches on the crystal. The dial face has 2 stress cracks (could be the way it was made – not sure), one by the 1 and one by the 5; on the inside of the back cap it has “KEYSTONE WATCH CASE” with the KEYSTONE logo, a crown over scales, and # “7142862″; on the inner cap it has “GUARANTEED, J BOSS 14K, 25 YEARS” and the number “7142862″; on the mechanism it has “17 JEWELS, 1477584″; and on the rim of the case it has “42862″. 1870′s PATEK PHILIPPE Antique Mens Midsize 50mm Hunter Case Pocket Watch – 18K Gold. It features a Patek caliber with moustache counterpoise, frosted gilt finishing, and unusual plate layout. It is original with a numbers matching case and is in pleasing condition. Its porcelain dial is in excellent original condition, and its case is in honest original condition with a few flat spots around the band. One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it making it ready for immediate enjoyment. Its extremely fine original movement is running amazingly true – after more than 140 years it continues to keep chronometer grade time in four testing positions. Accompanying the watch is a period correct fitted box from “Bennet, Watchmaker to the Royal Observatory” that the watch was in when we acquired it. Please inquire if you would like a Patek extract for the watch. During the 1860′s and’70′s, Patek Philippe produced only fewer than approximately twenty watches per day (contrast this with Omega and other fine watch manufacturers that produced 500 – 1,200 pieces per day) making original examples very rare and collectable. It doesn’t appear to have been overly polished and has nice normal engine turning detail. Dial: Porcelain, black painted Roman numerals and minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds, signed Patek Philippe Geneve, excellent condition with one short scratch near three and wear around the seconds bit, original and untouched. Hands: Original, blue steel, “spades”.
