Pocket Watch Case

18 size 21 jewel hunting case lever-set Bunn Special pocketwatch. Very nicely finished railroad grade movement with gold jewel settings, gold balance screws, and 2-tone gold circular pattern damaskeen. Watch is fronted by its correct double-sunk enamel Gothic numeral dial and is housed in a gold-filled hunting case recase that has a small house scene engraved on its rear. Movement serial number is 1381584 which dates this watch to about 1897. Running and a nice looking movement with good 2-tone color. Barrel bridge has a small spot at its left perimeter edge. Dial has a fracture at its lower right corner of the inner chapter with this small triangular shaped corner segment lifting a bit out of level, and dial has some scattered faint hairlines elsewhere.
