This type of form watch made with a particular object in mind is highly ornamental but very rarely seen on the market. Watches with repousse cases are much rarer to come across than high relief or tri-color gold cases. The watch uses a Swiss cylinder movement with stem winding and lever setting. On the dustcover it is finely engraved with Dubois Geneve and Remontoir. Condition-wise the watch runs but we cannot guarantee timekeeping accuracy or longevity as we don’t know its service history.
