Extremely rare model with three coloured 18k solid gold (three different gold tone – rose for dial – yellow and white gold for case). Solid gold dial with depth relief numerals & Cartier signature (dial weight 7 grams and it has been tested to confirm it was made is solid gold). Solid 18k yellow gold case on edge & solid 18k white gold on center. Two positions crown to wind and set is working perfectly. Both sides enameled case (bezels). Carved case with leaves & flowers. Exquisite & superb piece. Case signed with swiss hallmarks, 18K & serial number (2198560).
