Antique Longines Pocket Watch – Niello Case (Circa 1911) This is an antique pocket watch from Longines, a prestigious Swiss watchmaker founded in 1832. The case is made of silver with an intricate niello inlay, a technique that involves embedding a black alloy into the silver surface. The back cover features an elegant floral design, and the entire case was originally gold-plated. There are signs of wear, including some fading of the niello inlay and gold plating, as well as repair marks on the dial. However, these add to the antique charm of the watch. Working Antique Swiss Remontoire Pocket Watch in Silver Case. I personally like the antique European watches. But I cant hold on to every one i see. This watch runs healthy and strong! Not tested for long term accuracy. Nice clean 15 jewel pin set movement. Press and hold the little button and turn the stem to set the time. Case is silver, likely 800 to 925 purity. The engravings on the inner cover (not silver) translate to. “Straight line anchor” describing the escapement. No idea who the maker is. Shows only slight wear. See photos for condition. It features a full hunter closure, 13 jewels, and a Roman numeral porcelain dial. The watch is made of polished silver and has a snap caseback. The anchor escapement and mechanical movement make it a unique piece for collectors. The watch is in need of repair and is not currently working. Don’t see many 13 jewel pocket watches out there.. Also this is a very low serial number.. It’s rather a large pocket watch.. Which according to the chart says it’s about a 20s.. So if you put this all together, you got 13 J , low serial number , and the size of the pocket watch.. I think it’s kind of rare. Nonworking order but I’m sure it can be repaired.

This is a very nice Elgin gold filled hunter case pendant pocket watch. It is almost in mint condition. It measures 1 1/4 across. There is some decoration on the dial. No chips, cracks or dents.

This is a 1980′s era Gold Plated Swiss Made Kaltron Pocket Watch in Gold toned Hunter Case made by the Delemont Watch co. Hunter Case has an Art Deco/Geometric Style to it. The Pocket Watch runs and keeps time. I have had it running for the past week. It only gained a couple of minutes in that time. It comes with a cool looking Nautical themed Anchor Watch Fob. The Front of Case is Monogrammed with MBJ. The inside of case cover is inscribed as shown. Found at an Estate Sale near Kewaskum Wi. The Pocket Watch Movement is very clean. The Case has very minor scuffs. Face/Arms/Glass Bezel are all in Excellent shape. It is a Sharp looking Pocket Watch that should serve the new owner well. Tempted to keep it for myself!
