Pocket Watch Case

This appears to be a vtg pocket watch case with a rubbery nude female that Dances/Wiggles when the knob is turned. It is silver in tone but uncertain of metal purity. Possibly Elgin case but unable to see behind female for markings. Please see photos for details and measurements and thank you for your interest!
