Pocket Watch Case

This is a nice vintage Jaeger LeCoultre Swiss Staybrite steel cased pocket watch with day & date. It is in working condition but I don’t know how accurate it keeps time. It is still able to be wound and is not overwound. It does have some condition issues to the face as well as to the glass that overs the face which is broken and needs to be replaced. The back of the casing us unmarked on the exterior but the interior of it is marked Staybrite Fab Suisse and numbered 60408. It isn’t pictured but there are various incised marks on that part of the case from when it was serviced. The workings of the clock are marked Swiss Jaeger LeCoultre and numbered 122961. This is a steel chronograph Omega watch from a local estate. It is open face, and measures 50mm in diameter. The case has a hinged double back, and is marked ACIER STAYBRITE, along with Omega markings and the number 9575633. The case is in excellent, condition, with a B on the case back. The movement has a good balance and runs a bit, and stops. It has not been cleaned or serviced in years, and is dirty. The chronograph with start, stop, and return, but also soon stops when engaged. This watch needs to be serviced before it will be a good runner. The porcelain dial is good, with a couple of edge chips. The central chronograph hand is gilt, and is short (looks like the tip has broken off). This is a nice original triple signed Omega, ready to be restored.
