The sleeve is adjustable, but if you are not a professional watchmaker with proper tool, we do not recommend adjusting the sleeve as you can damage the case and make it totally unusable. 18 size Coin Silver open face pocket watch case missing the crystal, Crown-winding stem, and bow. There are no inner springs, and the hinges seem stronger. There are dents, dings and scratches. It measures over 2 1/8 inches across not including the stem, and weighs over 75 grams on my scale. Look very closely at the photos as they are part of the Description.

Vintage Elgin 12S Pocket Watch. Serial number shows it was manufactured in 1909. Case is nickel and appears silver in finish and is in beautiful condition for being well over 100 years old. Dial looks clean, no major imperfections on the glass. The watch is over 100 years old and its not in perfect condition and should be expected to have minor scratches and scuffs in the metal finish as shown in the included photos. I wound the watch up and let it run over night and it held time. The crown and stem are included however they will need to be reattached to each other, the crown popped off the stem. This will need to be reattached before you can wind the watch up however you can make the wheel turn and it will spin and the watch will start ticking as should be expected. Stem wind movement with 19 jewels, adjusted five positions. Solid gold balance wheel screws, pink gold-plated center wheel. Polished Crescent Swing out case. This 16 size pocket watch has a double sunk porcelain dial, white with black easy read hour numbers and red minute numbers, with blued hands. With a thick mineral glass crystal, has a couple very minor scratches barely visible. This open face pocket watch is a timeless accessory for men who appreciate historical and unique timepieces.
