This is a genuine antique English pocket watch with a Swiss made movement. The case was crafted by the renowned Dennison Watch Case Co. And features full British hallmarks for sterling silver. Movement is marked 15 jewels and Swiss made. Inside hinge of case is also marked with “H”. Functionality: The watch is not running. The movement is complete and ticks when wound. Dial: The original white enamel dial shows significant wear (see photos) and the crystal (glass) covering the face is cracked. Case: The sterling silver case is in good antique condition with a strong hinge and clear hallmarks. It features the “Lion Passant” for silver purity and the Birmingham “Anchor” symbol. Movement: High-quality Swiss-made movement. This is an excellent opportunity for a watchmaker or collector to acquire a hallmark-verified silver case and a Swiss movement for restoration.
