Museum quality, complete, in near mint condition and good working order – as good as they get! It comes complete with its original 4 cases. Outer wooden leather clad case, tortoise shell & silver case and then silver pair case. Inner silver cases are hallmarked for London 1878 – the movement was probably cased after Prior stopped working. The outer case is in remarkably good condition considering its age, some wear the base. The tortoise shell case is also in near mint condition no losses to the shell or pins. Inner silver pair cases are in excellent condition. Larger silver case with detailed engravings of high quality – no wear or damage to either case.
