Offered is an 18s Elgin 23J Veritas RR pocket watch. The watch has flaws: the dial should be replaced, and it is not running due to at least a bad balance staff. However, the Boss 25 year case is crisp and nearly new – glass crystal, stiff bow, only flaw is minor scratching near where the back separates from the body, not distracting and mentioned only for accuracy.
