Circa 1928 based on the movement serial number. The watch case measures approx. 49.7mm in diameter. The swiss equivalent of a size 16 or 16s. The champagne colored dial is stamped INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO. SCHAFFHAUSEN and is in good shape with mild patina. The 900 silver ART DECO open face case is in good condition with light tarnish. What I like about the case are the floral etchings along the edges and the CHECKERBOARD PATTERN to the rear cover. The inner rear cover is stamped PROBUS IWC SCAFUSIA (lion) 0,900 (hallmark) 935842 The movement is stamped 904834 PROBUS IWC SCAFUSIA The watch runs and keeps good time.
