This is a late 1800s Swiss Key wind Center hand chronograph in a. The movement has probably 15 and possibly 17 jewels. It’s difficult to get a juul count without taking it apart. I will include two keys not pictured. Look closely at the pictures there are some chips around the center hole in the porcelain dial and some fine hair lines near the 2 and 3 position.
