The lever-set movement is marked: Longines Grand Prix Paris 1889. The case is ornately engraved front and back and is in nice condition. The porcelain dial has some hairlines and a repair spot between 5 & 6 o’clock. Inside the case back is marked: EFCo Longines 0.800 638314. The really gorgeous miniature hand painted horn outer watch case is in an extremely. Good conserved condition, hard to find, very rare. The dial has a few hair lines and a small repair on the edge between 1 and 3 o clock. The crystal glass is near mint. The movement is recently serviced, running with a great motion and a good strong tick. In all positions, keeps reasonable verge time. Across 56mm, including bow 82mm. This watch has one of the nicer hunter cases I have seen. This is a very large 56mm diameter watch. The watch case is pristine – no dings or dents, and no wear that I can see. The dial and the crystal are both nice. The movement looks almost new. It is a key wind and key set watch. This watch is quite heavy, weighing 126 grams. The gold hallmark is a crown over 18.
