Vintage/Antique Waltham Watch Company American 18 size pocket watch. The case is the top of the line 25 Year 14 Karat Yellow Gold Filled Keystone J. Boss solid case back “Swing-Out” model case, One must gently pull the crown & stem up to swing out the movement, Outer diameter measures 55.35mm (not counting the sleeve, stem, crown or hinged bow). This classic Railroad grade watch is powered by the original, full nickel plate, beautifully Damaskeened, 19 Jewel, Model 1892, Crescent Street Grade, Breguet Hairspring, screw-down Gold Jewel Settings, Gold “snowflake” Church Micrometer Regulator, Sunken & Compensated Bi-Metallic balance assembly, Railroad Grade stem wind Lever set movement. Original Railroad double sunk porcelain dial with small chips at 2 1/2, 5 and 7 1/2, but priced accordingly. Comes complete with a New Old Stock (never used) Gold tone pocket watch chain featuring a Cameo fob drop. This 118 year old Railroad Grade timepiece has been serviced & is running fine!!
