16 size Vanguard 23 jewel railroad pocket watch by Waltham. Raised jewel setting, gold center wheel, solid gold timing screws. Model 1908, adjusted to 5 position. Micrometric regulator, double roller. Railroad approved, serial # 23177725. Case # 7239988 14k yellow gold filled in excellent condition. Cleaned, oiled, adjusted and regulated this watch will keep railroad required time. Dust cover is engraved from Mary to William Christmas 1904. Inside cover has trade mark for Fahys watch case company. Inside of dust cover has letters and numbers etched from when previous service’s were done. Also has “WARRANTED TO WEAR PERMANTELY” STAMPED. There are some scratches inside both covers. Watch chain is included. Watch is in working order. Original glass crystal has been replaced with plastic crystal.
