Near mint movement, dial crazed, near mint case, heavy chain. Milden Liverpool Verge Fusee Pocket Watch in Hallmarked Silver Case. What you see is what you get. These items have not seen the light of day in over 40 years. We are not experts in the field and make no claim to condition or function of the watches and other parts. Information provided (where possible) comes from well known database searches and should be considered accurate. Antique Verge Fusee Pocket Watch. Marked Milden Liverpool N1000 and has a serial number on the movement of 73208. Measures 48mm at the dial. The case is unmarked except for hallmarks shown. Case diameter is 51.5mm. These type watches are difficult to precisely attribute. It is known that the bosley type regulator on the watch was not commonly used until after 1820. Similar movements with same case & markings (AP sponsor hallmark especially) have been found with papers showing Arthur Pitts Jr, Watch and Clock Maker, Middleborough Ma as the importer/finisher.
