The front glass is slightly domed, the bottom is flat. This case was designed to convert antique pocket watch to a wrist watch. The case fits size 16 movements (43.00 mm or 1.7 inches). The bezel and case back attached – snap on. The case is NOT pre-drilled for crown or pusher. Crown and pusher come together with the case. The watch case press is needed to insert the bezels securely. Diameter of the watch: 48.00 mm. Watch crystal diameter: 44.00 mm. Thickness: 12.00 mm. Lug to lug : 53.00 mm. Up for sale is a rather rare dial Hamilton 18 size pocket watch. The dial is a AK Jobe dial done in the Ball script\style. Jobe was a inspector on the RR. The dial is rather sought after. The movement is a 18s Ball Hamilton 999A 21j. The watch is running but the last service is unknown. The crystal does have some scratches. The dial has a chip at the setting lever and a few fine hairlines with the most noticeable below the seconds chapter at 28. The front and back screw on and are not crossthreaded.
