Beautiful 1902, 23 jeweled Waltham Vanguard pocket watch in a 14K heavy, solid gold BWC Co case (Brooklyn Watch Case Company). Clean, strong running Railroad grade. Movement runs with robust motion in all positions. This movement has recently been serviced and a new mainspring was installed. Watch is keeping good time. Excellent double sunk RR dial with a few hairlines around the 8 o’clock mark. Hands are in nice condition. Movement produced by the Waltham watch company in 1902. Movement serial number: 12079602. Nickel finish with stunning. Vanguard grade, model 1892, size 18s, 23 jewels, lever set, adjusted to positions, railroad grade. Solid 14K gold BWC Co. Case marked “warranted 14k to assay” with serial number 6219719. Front and back snap shut nicely. Front of case is engraved with initials. Case is in good shape but shows normal wear and slight indentions from closing. There is a dent between the hinges… Probably from a drop. Front cover opens more than 90 degrees… Probably closer to 120 degrees. Back opens to 90 degrees. Case is missing the bow. Plastic lens show some wear. Watch winds and sets wonderfully.
