Rolex 15 Jewel, sterling silver mens half hunter pocket watch with silver Albert chain and box. 50cm across the case. The case by Dennison, model “Special”. Sterling silver hallmarked Birmingham 1926. In very good condition, some slight marks commensurate with age, no major scratches, some minor marks and minor dings, several jewellers marks inside covers. Engine turned pattern to front and rear, coin edged, vacant cartouche to center of rear cover. The front cover pops open with a depression of the crown, as it should. Front and rear covers open to 90 degrees. All hinges are good. Roman Numerals around front window match the main dial. Mineral glass front window and main crystal in perfect condition. The dial is bright and clean, has 2 hairline cracks , no chips. Black Arabic numerals, blued steel hands. Signed “Rolex Lever” “Swiss Made”15 jewel movement, subtle damascened. Clean and bright, fully serviced, inspected and tested. Fully serviced including modern alloy “unbreakable” mainspring. Comes with a fitted velvet pocket watch case and a silver cleaning cloth. Complete with solid 925 silver heavy gauge, 7mm Albert chain with antique stone set spinner fob. The chain is a modern production by Time Pocket Watches and Hallmarked 925 silver on T bar and clip. The fob is marked Sterling Silver Birmingham 1912. 46 grams in weight. Presented in a fitted, velvet pocket watch box with brass trim and a velvet pouch for the chain. Another top piece, great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present. Popular choice as a gift to the groom from the bride. Accidental damage cover is not provided. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have. Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day. I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minuted per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
