Vintage 1996 [Near MINT] Seiko Pocket Watch 7N07-0010 Gold Small Seconds Quartz JDM From JAPAN #81096. Case size: About 43 mm. Manufactured in 1996, this is a pocket watch from Seiko’s “Pocket” series. This model features a classic full-hunter case and a small seconds hand positioned at 6 o’clock on the dial. It was once used as a gift from the Prime Minister of Japan, with some examples bearing the engraving “Gift from the Prime Minister” on the case back. However, it is speculated that this particular watch may have been presented as an award to a recipient at a sports competition sponsored by P&G. The initials engraved on the back may belong to the award recipient. Tiny scuffs from normal use. It shows signs of use. The watch is currently running smoothly. The service history of this watch is unknown to me unless I state otherwise. Therefore you should expect to service this watch if you are a responsible collector. Vintage Antique Elgin 14K GF Hunting Case 1921 Pocket Watch Runs ETC10302. Here is a Very nice Elgin 16 size 14K gold filled hunting case type Pocket Watch, serial #23365463. This is a model 6 grade 386 3 /4 plate 17 Ruby and Sapphire jewel stem set nickel movement. The watch is large (about 2 two inches across) and has 2 flip open covers to protect the watch while doing tasks such as hunting hence the term “hunting case watch”. The overall Condition is excellent with very moderate wear from being carried. The case has a basket weave design over a floral background engraved on the (2) protective covers. I see a small hairline in the watch dial between 1 and 2 thru 7 near the edge. It is common with these old watches and does not affect the performance of the watch. The mechanical (winding type) (103) year old watch winds, runs and keeps accurate time over the 24 hours I timed it.. Vintage European Watch Co. Pocket Watch With Boxed Hinged Case. This is a key wind and key set. Both crystals and hands are missing. There is a bezel for an inner crystal and an outer crystal. The stem and crown are also missing. The balance pivots look to be ok, and the hand shafts look to be intact. I don’t know if anything else is missing. This is for parts or repair. The case is about 44.4mm in diameter. See pictures for condition.
