Adams London Fusee Sterling Case Bullseye Crystal Pocket Watch Running. The case is in very nice condition. For your consideration is this English F. Adams Fusee pocket watch. This watch has an English Silver date code that has an “M” and “JBWW”. JB is probably James Beebe. The case was made in 1847. The movement is marked, F. Johns Square London No. The movement is a fusee type. It runs and keeps reasonable time. It hasn’t been serviced recently. The dial has a chip on the “0″ of the subdial and a hairline that runs from chip to the edge. The crystal is a bullseye crystal and is in excellent condition. The watch is missing its key. Case Material: The case is Sterling Silver. Measurements: The case measures 47mm in diameter, not including the bow. It is 15.5 mm in thickness when closed. It weighs 91 grams in total. Although it is running it has not been timed for accuracy. The 20 year old gold filled case is in great shape with some faint scratches from normal use, and both covers screw on tight. The dial is in mint condition with no hairlines or cracks, and the movement is clean with not dirt or rust that I can see. The bow is tight, and it winds and sets as it should with no friction or grinding. The domed acrylic crystal has some scratches, and is clear with no yellowing. The hands are rust free. This is an antique open face Longines hunter pocket watch in running condition. Circa 1921 based on the serial number. The case measures approx. 47.9mm in diameter. The silver colored dial is in good shape with. The nice gold plated hunting case is in very good shape. The hunting case movement is stamped. 18.68Z LONGINES 5121xxx. Runs and keeps time. Although it is running, I do not know the accuracy of the watch. The movement is in fantastic shape with no rust or dirt that I can see, but I do not know the service record. The case is 14k solid gold, it’s in minty shape and it has a very small ding between the two hinges on the rim of the case, otherwise a small scratch which isn’t noticeable on the inside cover of the front cover. The shield on the front has no monogram. All covers close as they should with no flopping and snap shut, and the crown is in mint condition, and the bow is tight. The acrylic crystal is mint with no scratches or cracks, and it winds and sets with no friction or dragging, and the dial is mint with no cracks or chips, and the hands are rust free. The unique bezel and crystal are hinged so it opens like one of the covers, and you can see the hinge by the 12 o’clock position on the bezel. The bezel has a small scratch where it opens.
