Gorgeous 23J 950-B Hamilton Pocket Watch. This watch runs and functions just exactly as it should. The original Hamilton case actually has a little bit of the factory finish lines left on the case. This case is gorgeous and shows no wear, it is truly a 9.8 out of 10. The movement is in great condition with no damage or rust. The dial has a few light spots but over all it is in nice condition as well, I have removed the bezel and took a close up photo of the dial and hands. Very nice original Bakelite box that the watch came in, these are very difficult to find and it adds a nice touch to this rare collectors item. This is a very rare Dudley Masonic Pocket Watch. It belonged to my great-grandfather, who was a 32nd degree Mason and was the sheriff of Lake County, Ohio. He passed away in 1957, and a few years earlier this watch entered a safety deposit box and has stayed there since. If you’re looking at this listing you probably already know a lot about these watches. If not, google “Dudley Masonic pocket watch history”. The watch does NOT currently work. We’re not sure if it did when it was placed in the box. We have not done any repairs or cleaning (at least since it’s been in the box). It was manufactured between 1920 and 1925. Very few were made and very few entered the market. The front plastic on the watch face is loose. There is a rip on the back of the case. It is a 19 jewel, 14k gold watch. A rare, large and magnificent. Gent’s hunter case pocket watch. Juan Sabalain Buen Orden 288 Buenos Aires. In a lavishly decorated 18k gold case. With original mahogany box. Date of manufacture approx. This high-quality, richly decorated 18k gold hunter case pocket watch was manufactured for the Argentine market in the early 20th century. The massive pocket watch has a solid total weight of approximately 118.5 grams and a diameter of 56.5mm. This complicated watch has an additional function like a minute repetition. The repetition gets triggered by a slide on the case. Especially noteworthy at this pocket pocket watch is the beautiful, magnificent case in massive execution. It is richly engraved on all sides. On the front side of the case is the mythological depiction of the peace goddess Pax and the war god Mars, which is surrounded by floral elements. The back side shows a central musical composition of harp, notes and branches. The gentleman’s pocket watch is accompanied with an original mahagony box with inlaid mother of pearl shield. Details on the watch. Outer five-minute divisions with Arabic minutes. Very good condition, small restauration. Gold screw compensation balance. Ruby endstone on balance. The movement was professionally overhauled, it is fully functional and running very well. Lavishly engraved on all sides. Total weight of the watch: 118,5 grams. Slide for repeating mechanism. Mit einer originalen Mahagonibox. Diese hochwertige, reich dekorierte 18Kt Goldsavonnette wurde Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts für den argentinischen Markt hergestellt. Die massive Savonnette hat ein solides Gesamtgewicht von ca. 118,5 Gramm und einen Durchmesser von 56,5mm. Diese komplizierte Uhr verfügt über eine zusätzlichen Funktion, wie die Minutenrepetition.
