Movement: Swiss mechanical, manual wind. Dial: White enamel with Roman numerals. Case: Silver (hallmarked), hinged hunter-style case. 52.3 mm (excluding crown). Country of manufacture: Switzerland. The watch features a beautifully detailed silver case with a high-relief equestrian scene on the back, framed by a horseshoe motif and foliage. The interior cover is engraved “Grand Prix Paris 1900″, a prestigious award reference commonly used by high-quality Swiss makers of the period. The movement is a Swiss manual-winding caliber, signed “Labroder Déposé”, indicating a registered design or patent. Architecture, finishing, and construction are fully consistent with early 1900s Swiss production. The enamel dial is clean and elegant, with Roman numerals, outer minute track, and a sub-seconds register at 6 o’clock. Blued steel hands complete the classic look. This is a large-format pocket watch, measuring approximately 52.3 mm, ideal for collectors of Belle Époque or early industrial Swiss horology. Watch is running at time of listing. Winds and sets correctly. Dial in good antique condition with minor age marks. Case shows honest wear, small scratches, and patina consistent with age. Hinges open and close properly. Vintage c1900 Labrador Louis Brandt (Omega) Fahys USA Gold Plate Cased Pocket Watch In good condition though not working, the balance wheel seems to be fine so a a service is required. The gold plated case has some tarnishing and plate loss in places as does the fob loop, the rear case has some tiny dents in places. The ceramic watch face has some hairline cracks in places, the watch crystal has scratches and wear in places The movement is signed Labrador Reg Mark. Labrador was amongst the first series-produced calibres from the Brandt family who went on to form Omega.
