The case is for both stem wind, stem set and lever set, the stem and crown pulls up and down and winds. Case measures 51 mm side to side and measures 42.5 mm inside where the movement would fit and the dial measures 42 mm. This is a beautiful vintage mens Ball railroad pocket watch from a local estate collection. The watch is 16 size, open face, stem wind, lever set, 21 jewels, serial #B626685 (grade 999 P). The movement is in excellent condition. It runs strong and seems to be keeping good time. I have not had it cleaned or serviced, so I cannot guarantee it to be perfectly reliable. The porcelain dial is original and excellent. Nice blued steel hands. The white gold filled case is the original marked Ball, stirrup bow. 14K white gold filled. It is in my opinion the nicest looking of the Ball railroad cases. The case is covered in deco designs, and has no dents, wear, brassing, or monograms. This is a high grade original watch.
