Lever setting works though and hands rotate in a full 12 hour rotation. The case is in excellent condition. It is a Tiger Warranted Illinois 14k Rolled Gold Plate case with a rare original paper insert that matches the stamped serial number. Dial and hands are dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning.
