Vintage 1948, 10k rolled gold plate, Elgin Masonic pocket watch. The railroad case (screw down bezel and case back) measures 49mm. It is a stem set and wind. Intriguing Masonic dial with an impressed pattern center. No evidence of base metal that I can see. I can remove the case back and screw it back down using a blue rubber watch ball but I can see a couple spots where it is not completely flush to the case center.
