Don’t see many 13 jewel pocket watches out there.. Also this is a very low serial number.. It’s rather a large pocket watch.. Which according to the chart says it’s about a 20s.. So if you put this all together, you got 13 J , low serial number , and the size of the pocket watch.. I think it’s kind of rare. Nonworking order but I’m sure it can be repaired.
