1946 Hamilton 950B, Model 6,16s, 23J, Railroad Grade in Gorgeous 10k Gold Filled Case. This is an amazing Pocket Watch obtained from the Personal Collection of a long-time Watchmaker! There is a slight blemish on the crystal near the center and a tinyl chip in the dial near the 60 second mark/rim. Each Pocket Watch has ran for at least 8 hours, without assistance, and has kept reasonable time. Serial number is s4332. Keeping time to a 20 Seconds per 24 hours carried in the pocket and resting for 7 hours dial up. No visible corrosion or tool marks on the movement. Regulator spring has discoloration. Sterling Silver Case retains lots of detail on the Gold Inlay. The watch was popular with intercity railway systems and was approved for such use.
