A very interesting and most important silver pair case watch. PLEASE DO TAKE TIME TO READ THE FULL LISTING AND DO ENLARGE THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO GET A BETTER LOOK. The size of the outer silver gilt case is 50 m. In nice condition, with a very nice clean watchmakers paper so nice to have and rounds this fine watch off. The size of the silver case with then watch is 41 m. In good condition, and so very nice to see how well this watch was looked after as the stem has never had to be repaired. The case with the watch is well hallmarked for silver London 1786 with the duty stamp. Out case not hallmarked but tested to silver. Are very fine fleur-de-lys hands. DIAL white enamel is nice condition. The glass is very high domed bull nose mineral and clean and clear. The fire gilt movement look just like the day it left the work shop. The watch runs well, + or – aprox 2-3 minuets per hour. With a very fine square pillars and a well engraved back plate with a decorated balance cock, a silver Tompion regulator. Signed on the back plate J WILDERS LONDON The watch will come with a key. WILDER IS A WELL LISTED MAKER. Just great to have such an amazing and interesting watch that is as good as this one, and it just has every thing one could want on a fine verge watch, very hard to find a watch in this condition with all that it has going for it. This watch is so very well priced, and well presented. An absolute must for any serious collector or would make a wonderful present.
