Unique PATEK PHILIPPE Geneva in ss case 46mm High grade and unique Patek Philippe in ss case. Custom made three piece ss case diameter 46mm and 15mm high. See throw caseback with wonderfull view!! Movement all original from pocketwatch. Profesionally recased by renowned watchmaker. High grade nickel movement with 18 jewels. Wolf tooth winding wheels, moustache level. Wolf tooth winding wheels and famous PP microregulator. Subsecond on 9 due it’s converted from open face pocketwatch. Very clean and in like new condition!! Number 112763 dates it to 1901. Beautiful white dial with red minute numbers and black hour numbers. Signed Patek Philippe Geneve. Blue spade, all original hands. Very good size due movement has 42mm and case size is 46mm. Due resonable size it good lies on the wrist and can be comfortable worn. Watch is a true treasure in unique shape and more interested then new mass production. It can be worn for special times.
