Up for sale is an amazing Civil War Waltham 1857 model 18s key wind pocket watch made in 1864, during the Civil War. This watch runs very good and keeps very good time. This case is amazing! Serviced: This watch was just serviced (all parts removed, cleaned, new unbreakable mainspring, oiled, and adjusted to keep very good time). Movement : This watch is running very good and keeping great time! The movement is a very nice P. S Bartlett Grade key wind with a 11 jewel movement, big beautiful jewels, the original balance wheel, and a beautiful gilt movement. This movement looks amazing!! Dial : The original dial is in very good condition. Case : The gold filled Ladd case is in very nice condition. This is one of the best Ladd cases I have seen. This case looks like it was used very little. I only see brass on the bow (from chain). The watch has a very nice glass crystal. This case is not original to this movement.
