The movement has 21 jewels, a lever set, adjusted to 5 positions, adjusted to temperature, has ruby jewels, double roller, steel escapement, gold jewel settings, gold balance weights, all gold train, and it has a high grade regulator. This movement is all original. This is a very beautiful movement! Dial : The original Illinois Rail Road Double sunk dial is in nice condition. The dial has some edge flakes. Case : This watch has a beautiful looking gold filled case! This case is in very good condition. The covers screw on and off like they should. This case is original to the watch.
