Unique PATEK PHILIPPE Geneva Observatory in ss case 38mm. High grade and unique Patek Philippe in ss case. Custom made three piece ss case diameter 38mm and high 10mm. See throw caseback with wonderfull view!! Movement all original from pocketwatch. Profesionally recased by renowned watchmaker. High grade nickel movement with 18 jewels. Wolf tooth winding wheels, moustache level and long regulator. Very clean and in like new condition. Number 68908 dates it to 1885. Beautiful silvered dial with silver hour indexes. Signed Patek Philippe Geneve and i cyrcle on 3 – Geneva Observatory, Bulletin 60908. Very good size due movement has 36mm and case size is 38mm.
