12 size 21 jewel hunting case pendant-set A. Lincoln pocket watch movement/dial/hands. A very nicely finished high grade movement with gold jewel settings, gold balance screws, gold center wheel, and narrow stripe pattern nickel damaskeen. Lincoln is significantly scarcer in this hunting case version than in its open face form. Serial number is 2664960. Fully wound and balance wheel tilts to the side indicating a likely bad balance staff and/or balance jewel(s). Very nice looking movement overall with good color and luster. Early Trenton 18 Size Antique Hunting Case Watch. This antique Trenton pocket watch is 18 size (case diameter 53 mm). This is a Model 2 made about 1890. The movement is 7 jewels and lever set. The dial is original and has several faint hairlines. The case is thin gold plate in pretty good shape outside as shown with a little brass showing but very little wear. The case lift spring does not work, so you have to open the front cover. This is an interesting and fairly scarce early American pocket watch. This watch runs but gains around 20 minutes per day, so it may need to be serviced, or may just have a dirty hairspring. Sorry, this is NOT a “Make Offer” listing.
