This antique South Bend pocket watch is a true gem from the late 1800s. The 17-jewel mechanical movement is hand-winding, and the watch size is. The silver case color is polished nickeloid, and the watch has a screwback caseback. The white dial color adds to the watch’s vintage charm, and the open face style is perfect for men. The watch is made in the United States and has a model number of 301674. Antique Elgin, beautiful scalloped edge case pocket watch. Serial number 1690805 circa 1885. Watch is a 11-15 jewel and is in nice condition and runs good. A very attractive gilt movement. Great Roman numeral original mint to near mint Elgin dial. Dial is in nice condition. Case is a very attractive and very heavy keystone watch case company scalloped edge watch case. Case has fancy engraving on covers. Some minor loss of detail. Case does have some light wear and a couple small spots of brass. A very nice looking heavy high quality case.
