A VERY GOOD ANTIQUE 22 CARAT GOLD PAIR CASED FUSEE POCKET WATCH. BOTH CASES FULLY HALLMARKED FOR LONDON IN 1775, MAKER JOHN JARDIN OF LONDON. WITH THE GOOD OUTER CASE MEASURING 47 mm ACROSS AND 17 mm DEEP, WEIGHING 33.7 GRAMS. THE INNER POCKET WATCH MEASURES 40 mm ACROSS, WITHOUT THE STEM AND 24 mm DEEP INCLUDING THE GLASS. AGAIN OF VERY GOOD GAUGE. THE COMPLETE WATCH WEIGHS IN TOTAL 105.6 GRAMS. GOOD ORIGINAL ENAMEL DIAL WITH NO CRACKS OR RESTORATION, THERE IS SEVERAL EXTREMELY LIGHT CHIPS AND A SCRATCH AT SEVEN O’CLOCK, WHICH YOU WOULD EXPECT ON A TIMEPIECE OF THIS AGE, PLEASE REFER TO THE PHOTOGRAPHS. THE WATCH HAS BEEN WORKING ALL THROUGH YESTERDAY, BUT STOPPED IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THIS MORNING, IT HAS FUNCTIONED QUITE HAPPILY EVER SINCE. A VERY GOOD QUALITY MOVEMENT WITH A DIAMOND END STONE AND SQUARE PILLARS. COMPLETE WITH A FULLY SIGNED GILDED DUST COVER. GOOD HINGES TO THE WATCH CASE, ALSO GOOD ON THE OUTER HEAVILY ENGRAVED CASE. Rockford’s Fine Solid Silver Keywind Pocket Watch, 1880′s. Runs and Keeps time! In good running condition! Movement in marked Rockford Watch Co. This dates it to about 1876. Its a model 1 Keywind Keyset watch with 11 jewels. The Solid coin Silver 4oz. Case (Dueber Newport Coin) is in good condition with some wear. Circle diameter at 2 3/16. To set watch, must pop open front bezel and turn centerpost with key. Watch has been serviced recently and runs good/keeps time. Great watch to carry or for collection! Very nice antique solid Silver pair Case verge pocket watch. Verge fusee movement, in good working order. Nice detailed balance cock. Looks to have good clean workings and runs well. Runs a little fast but can be adjusted with the regulator. Innner Case, is solid Silver hallmarked Birmingham 1828. Great condition with engraving on the back. Has typical ageing as to be expected. Also has some wear around the bottom edge from the outter case, quite common with this type of watch. Good clean condition, just typical aging no damage. Doors all close together well. Case button works well. White enamel dial, in excellent condition. Domed crystal in decent condition with some small scratches. Happy to answer questions.
