ANTIQUE 1759 TICKING SILVER PAIR CASE VERGE FUSEE POCKET WATCH BY THOMAS BROWN BIRMINGHAM! The dial is later on this watch. The pair cases match on the hallmarks and date the watch to 1759. The design of the movement bears this out. Grotesque mask on the balance cock. Pierced balance cock foot. Seems to be in good running condition. The cases have tarnish and smoothing. Slight indented ring around innner case where it fits iin outer case. Button on outer case shows some damage but still works. This watch has a bullseye crystal. And as stated the dial is much later than the rest of the watch. The hands probably are as well. Diameter of the outer case is about 49.47mm.
