A very preserved Vacheron Constantin Pocket Watch Circa 1918 in great running condition. Beautiful watch in a rare condition. Measures 49.2 mm wo Crown. Weights 76.2 Grams. “Mulder, La Haye” was – at least at some point in the early 20th century (or earlier) – a retailer or authorized retailer / case-maker / distributor that worked with Vacheron & Constantin. Vacheron Constantin pocket watches are historically significant because they come from the world’s oldest continuous watchmaker est. 1755 and famously held records for the most complex timepieces ever built (like the Packard and King Fuad commissions). Compared to Patek Philippe, Vacheron offers equal “Holy Trinity” technical mastery and hand-finishing, often delivering comparable quality and complexity but with more artistic variety and distinct case shapes.
