Very nice circa 1915 Series O, 23 jewel 16 size lever set men’s Railroad pocket watch. Yellow gold filled swing-out style case signed E. Porcelain dial with black Arabic numerals signed “Howard”. & Co Quality 18s 15j Pocket Watch is a vintage timepiece with a classic design featuring a mechanical (manual) movement and 15 jewels. This pocket watch movement is full hunter. Has Roman numerals on the dial. Dial does have a couple chiggers on the edge. The watch is lever set as seen in my photos. With a silver tone case color and a white porcelain dial color, this pocket watch also includes a seconds hand, thick glass crystal does have scratches and would recommend replacing and polishing the case otherwise its a decent watch. Non-magnetic is a bit more rare model. Watching is currently running within a couple of minutes a day.
