For your consideration: Vintage SWISS “MATHEY TISSOT” 15 Jewel Mechanical Pocket Watch with Wooden Case & Chain – Preowned in EXCELLENT condition. Specifications: This pocket watch is in NM condition. The only blemish I can spot in a very small mark on the lower right side of the glass crystal when open. The inside of the case has been engraved with the message Riley Our deepest love, Connie and Bill. , it is very difficult to spot the engravings and is nearly unoticeable without close inspection. It comes housed in a case that appears to be 18K gold gilt or gold plated. Condition: The wooden case shows some signs of aging, with the soft pouch inside having some skin peeling due to aging. However, the pocket watch itself remains pristine, with the only single indistinguishable mark on the crystal. Bench-tested, it works perfectly. This watch is a testament to Mathey-Tissot’s enduring legacy in watchmaking, combining historical significance with mechanical precision.
