This Hamilton 950 B appears to be a Canadian loaner watch that was never used. The’Sturdy’ case is a Canadian model of a’Mainliner’ and the mint’Melamine’ dial also has Canadian markings. This watch runs, sets, and winds without a problem and keeps close to Railroad time. Pleases assume this watch needs serviced. Size : 16s, Open face, Railroad grade. Antique Elgin, beautiful scalloped edge case pocket watch. Serial number 1690805 circa 1885. Watch is a 11-15 jewel and is in nice condition and runs good. A very attractive gilt movement. Great Roman numeral original mint to near mint Elgin dial. Dial is in nice condition. Case is a very attractive and very heavy keystone watch case company scalloped edge watch case. Case has fancy engraving on covers. Some minor loss of detail. Case does have some light wear and a couple small spots of brass. A very nice looking heavy high quality case.
