Rare 1750s British LONDO/CHARLES CABRIER 18K Gold Triple Case Verge Fusee Pocket Watch. This gorgeous piece was made in England around 1750 and features masterfully executed pierce work and engravings. The chimes work when the pin is pushed down and the movement winds up. However, the watch doesn’t seem to work and will probably need servicing. The watch case and second case are made from 18K solid gold. The third case is brass and an unknown material. Measures 2 1/8 in diameter (outer case) and weighs 105.4 grams. Marked “LONDO” on the dial and the back of the case. Movement engraved “CABRIER LONDON”.
