Pocket Watch Case

This is a very unusual watch. I really do not know much about this. This was made to show the time on the front dial and the back dial is a timer. The balance swings but this will obviously need some work. The case is solid 18k yellow gold but I do not know the weight. The total weight of the watch is about 80 grams and it is about 45.75mm in diameter. It is missing both crystals. There is a hallmark on the pendant and the bow is obviously not solid gold.
