This is a vintage 1952 Lord Elgin 12 size open face pocket watch made by the Elgin National Watch Company. This 21 jewel #543 Elgin movement has 8 adjustments. The movement is mint, not a tool mark on it. It has a mint dial with gold stick hands and gold applied hour markers. The crown shows no wear and the bow is tight.
