Up for sale is a beautiful 16 size antique Elgin Veritas Rail Road pocket watch. It is a Grade 375, made in 1912. It is all original except for the case and has a lovely high grade movement which is in excellent condition! Movement : This watch runs well and keeps very good time. The beautiful original Rail Road grade movement is lever set and has 21 jewels , adjusted to 5 positions. It has lovely ruby jewels, gold screw settings, and gold balance weights! It is really beautiful and is in excellent condition! Dial : The double sunk dial is the original and is in very good condition with just a small crack at the 7. Case : The very nice gold filled Fahy’s Montauk case is in very good condition but is not the original. The lids screw on and off as they should, though they are a little stiff.
