Vacheron & Constantin Old Chronometer in New SS Case!!! New stainless steel case, specially made for the dimensions of this old pocketwatch movement, with a diameter of 44mm. Very well lies on the wrist due thicknes. The glass lid allows you to observe the work of this 100-year-old movement with chronometer quality -18 jewels and 8 adjustments!! Number dated it to 1913 as year of production. Beautiful white dial with roman numbers and Vacheron & Constantin signature. Gold hands add a nice shape and comfortable for read the time.
