As a watch collector for over 25 years I know Chopard is at the top of the food chain for high-end Swiss made watches. I personally own one Chopard wrist watch in 18k gold and it is a beauty. I honestly place Chopard right up there with Patek and A. They go up from there. Weighs 52.0 grams or 33.4 pennyweight. There is an engraving on the inside of the front lid dating this Chopard Geneve watch to 1977. This watch is manual wind and is mechanical. The dial is just about perfect and the crystal is excellent. Some one has taken a file to one edge of the watch to check the 18k gold content.
