Title: Hamilton 1948 Grade 992B RR Railway Special 21J Pocket Watch BOC Case 16S Description: Hamilton Railway Special size 16S railroad grade pocket watch in a Wadsworth BOC 10K Gold Filled case. The screw-on bezel and rear case plate work perfectly and close tightly. Light wear throughout the case, with some small dings along the rim and light brassing. The BOC is original, the crown has Hamilton Railroad engraved – The Bow however is loose. The crystal has very minor wear that does not affect visibility. The single-sunk dial contains age related cracks on the enamel – please enlarge photos for close up view. The case has no engravings or monogram. The 21 jewel movement is clean, and winds and runs strongly – not sluggish Please note: This is an estate item and we have NO service history although the watch is running we have not timed it for accuracy – it has been stored for many years.
