Truly unique and in mint condition. Reportedly given by the family of a newborn girl to the doctor who delivered her successfully. A photogravure of the girl is seen on the inside of the case back, and an inscription from her to Uncle Doctor as the doctor was known in her family from Christmas 1905. All original and rare solid yellow gold photogravure case is in excellent condition as shown. Barely any signs of use! Original white porcelain dial is in excellent condition with blue steel hands. Inside, the high grade hand winding swiss movement is in excellent running condition and keeping excellent time although its service history is unknown. Split seconds chronograph works perfectly.
